Description
The Ibérico Cured Sausages with Natural flavour, are made from a mixture of minced meats, from only the finest pieces of our Organic Ibérico pigs. Seasoned with sea salt, nutmeg, crushed black pepper, garlic, and mixed herbs, in a natural casing. They are cured and matured in drying rooms for at least 3 months, and are characterized by their natural color, delicate aroma and flavour.
