Organic Ibérico Fresh Sausage Natural, is a mixture of minced meats, coming from only the fine pieces of our Organic Ibérico pigs. Seasoned with sea salt, nutmeg, crushed black pepper, garlic and mixed herbs, in a natural casing. It is cured and matured in drying rooms for at least 3 months, characterized by its natural color, delicate aroma and flavor.
